All orders within the United States are shipped from our Kentucky warehouse, while orders in Europe are dispatched from our Bremen, Germany warehouse. Additionally, orders in Asia are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. As a result, delivery times and logistics providers may vary depending on the region.
Typically, orders are dispatched the next business day after they are placed. However, we kindly ask for your patience during holidays and sale seasons, as additional processing time may be required.

We handle order processing from Monday to Friday. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends.

Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to accommodate any changes. Please carefully confirm that the address you entered is correct before placing your order.
Additionally, please be aware that providing an inaccurate or incomplete address, or having unverified information with your order, may result in a delay of an extra 1-2 business days, even consequences such as returns or destruction that affect delivery. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping and billing details before checking out to avoid any potential delays.
Customer will need to contact the customer service of the relevant logistics company directly to request any address changes or additions. Once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to make any modifications.
Please note that we cannot assure delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking link. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.

In the event of natural disasters during transportation, such as fires, heavy rain, storms, tornadoes, typhoons, snowstorms, or other force majeure events, please be aware that the final delivery time may be affected. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
