Each watch package includes a warranty card, with one card provided per watch. The serial number on the warranty card is unique to each timepiece.
The warranty period lasts for 24 months from the date of delivery. During this time, we are pleased to assist you with any quality issues not caused by human factors, as well as inquiries regarding parts wear and tear, maintenance, or any other questions related to your watch.
Even after the warranty period has expired, we remain committed to providing support and answering any questions you may have regarding your watch purchase.
