Free shipping worldwide for purchases over $100. We usually ship within 2-3 business days, the specific needs depend on your region. Delivery time varies from country to country, we will ship to you as soon as possible.
TARIFF
Order costs do not include taxes, and the tax needs to be paid by the buyer. The import tax policy is implemented and decided by the local customs department.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges. You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of signing for the goods.
The exchange shipping fee and possible import taxes on exchanges or returns need to be paid by the buyer, and the fees are after-paid. That is, after you send the goods, we receive and check the goods and find that the items are in good condition and can be resold, and you pay the shipping fee (including possible taxes) through the email invoice we create, we will immediately exchange or refund for you.
Among them, there is no need to bear the secondary shipping fee for the exchange, you only need to pay the shipping fee for sending it back to us.
Since returns and exchanges involve international logistics and transportation, the process takes longer time, we would appreciate your patience.
When sending it back, please ensure that the outer packaging is intact, the watch is unused, and its functions are intact.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on used items. We will not refund if the item shows signs of use. Signs of use include but are not limited to missing logos, missing parts, sweat stains, damaged boxes, etc.
REFUSAL FEES
If the package arrives at the local location and is refused during delivery, including the recipient cannot be contacted for a long time, the package will be returned and we will charge a $50 refusal fee.
