EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We do not offer exchanges unless there is a quality problem with the watch itself.
We accept returns. You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of signing for the goods.
REFUSAL FEES
If the package arrives at the local location and is refused during delivery, including the recipient cannot be contacted for a long time, the package will be returned and we will charge a $50 refusal fee.
