RETURN

  We have a 60-day no-reason return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

United States

  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  The return request must be submitted within 60 days of the package being signed for.

  For returns within the United States, customers must first send a return request to customer service, attaching 3-5 photos of the watch's current condition so customer service can confirm it's in good condition for return.

  If the return is possible, it must be processed using one of our four designated logistics providers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of return.

  After shipping, customers must provide the tracking number to customer service, who will record the return for warehousing and refund purposes. Returns cannot be processed or refunds will not be issued if the designated logistics provider is not used.

Europe and Rest of The World

  The 60-day no-reason return policy also applies to Europe and other parts of the world.

  Refunds for customers in Europe and rest of the world will also require the customers to cover the shipping costs upfront.

  Please contact customer service first and attach at support@sansarretwatch.com, and include 3-5 photos of the watch you received, which should feature the watch itself, the film (ensuring both are intact and undamaged), the watch tag, the product envelope, the cards inside, the case and the packaging box. All items should be in their original condition.

REFUND

Refund Process

  1. Customer requests a refund.
  2. Customer returns the goods.
  3. Our warehouse receives the goods.
  4. We issue a full refund.
  5. The refund is deducted from our account.
  6. The refund is returned to the customer's original payment method.
  7. Customer receives the refund in their account.

Refund Channel

  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Timeframe

  Refunds are processed on business days. If the refund request falls on a weekend, it may be delayed until the following Monday.

  If your refund request occurs over the weekend, please rest assured that we guarantee refunds will be processed promptly on working days.

  Once the refund is processed, the amount will be deducted from our account approximately one day later. It may take 1 to 5 business days to reach the customer's account. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact our customer service via email and confirm with your issuing bank or payment method, as there may be various reasons for the delay in the return of funds.

EXCHANGE 

  We do not offer exchanges unless there is a quality problem with the watch itself.
