We recommend cleaning your watch with a soft cloth or a toothbrush lightly soaked in warm water and mild soap. Carefully wipe away any buildup or dirt.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@sansarretwatch.com to receive your return authorization number and detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

Our estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
