Is the watch water-resistant?

All our watches are rated at 5 ATM water resistance and water resistance.

Which watches have a coating?

The PRISM/SAROS and ELEMENT collections feature coatings, while the other collections do not.

Will the material of the watch fade or lose its color?

No, all our watches are made entirely of 316 stainless steel and will not lose their colors.

Are there men's or women's versions of the watch?

No, all of our watches are unisex models, and the wrist size can be adjusted by removing links from the bracelet.

How can I enter my discount code?

Once you have a discount code, just enter it in the field above the 'Pay Now' button on the checkout page and click 'Apply'.

This will enable you to complete your purchase at the discounted price.

How can I cancel my order?

How can I return the watch?

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@sansarretwatch.com to receive your return request and detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

For our customers in the United States, please note that purchases made through SHOP are subject to local state taxes.

Customers who purchase through other channels, regardless of the destination country, are not required to pay any taxes, customs duties or tariff.

Do you offer warranty for your products?

All our watches have a 24-month warranty. Even after the 24-month period, we are pleased to continue offering follow-up assistance and services for specific issues.

Is a lost watch considered a quality issue?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that a lost watch is not classified as a quality issue.

Is gift wrapping available?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping options or services.

However, our watches come in a gift box format, featuring a sealed outer shell, a sturdy inner box, and include a watch case and adjustment tool kit
