All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouses located in Kentucky and Hong Kong.
Typically, orders are dispatched the next business day after they are placed. However, we kindly ask for your patience during holidays and sale seasons, as additional processing time may be required.

We handle order processing from Monday to Friday. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends.

Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to accommodate any changes.
Please note that we cannot assure delivery on Saturdays. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking link. Kindly allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.
Delivery times are based on average estimates provided by the courier, and we cannot guarantee their accuracy.
For international shipments, delivery times may vary based on the efficiency of your country’s customs agents and can be delayed if there is a backlog at your local postal processing center—these factors are beyond our control. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please email us at sale@sansarretwatch.com and we will gladly assist you.
Additionally, please be aware that providing an inaccurate or incomplete address, or having unverified information with your order, may result in a delay of an extra 1-2 business days. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping and billing details before checking out to avoid any potential delays.
Customer will need to contact the customer service of the relevant logistics company directly to request any address changes or additions. Once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to make any modifications.
Once your order is dispatched, SANS ARRÊT cannot be held liable for any losses or damages. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and to contact the United States Postal Service, DHL, or their local courier for delivery updates. We will do our best to assist you in recovering an item, but we cannot issue a replacement or refund until the item is successfully returned or we receive confirmation that it is being returned.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, which may take up to 24 hours. A second email will be sent once your order has shipped, including your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
If there are any issues with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Allow 1-2 days for tracking information to become available. In rare instances, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us if you have not received your package after the estimated delivery time.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges unless there is a quality problem with the watch itself.
RETURNS
United States
We accept returns. You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of signing for the goods. Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted after a period of 15 days.
Returns within the United States are free of charge. If you would like to initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team first: sale@sansarretwatch.com
We kindly ask that you include 3-5 photos of the watch you received, which should feature the watch itself, the film (ensuring both are intact and undamaged), the watch tag, the product envelope, the cards inside, the case and the packaging box. All items must be in their original condition.
Once your return is confirmed, we will generate a return label and send it to you. Please use this label to return the item to the logistics company specified by our customer service team. Return shipping is complimentary. Refunds will be processed after our warehouse verifies that the returned product is in good condition, which typically takes 7-10 business days.
