This is a customized service and is non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Orders that include photos will be shipped together with the watch from our international warehouse in Hong Kong.
- Delivery may take approximately 1 week longer than orders shipped from a local warehouse.
- The watch and photos are usually shipped together. Due to the small size and light weight of the photo package, we do not recommend shipping the photos separately or placing a separate order from the watch.
The watch and photos will be shipped together from our international warehouse in Hong Kong.
Delivery times to Asia and the Middle East remain unchanged at approximately 2–15 days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 days to the United States and 5–20 days to Europe.
The photo will be placed in a separate envelope, alongside another envelope containing the brand card, warranty card, watch card, and polishing cloth. Both envelopes will be packaged together inside the watch box.
To protect our customers’ privacy to the greatest extent possible, we do not retain any photos after printing. All photos are deleted once the printing process is complete.
