All orders within the United States are shipped from our Kentucky warehouse. Orders within Europe are dispatched from our warehouse in Bremen, Germany, and orders within Asia are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. As a result, delivery times and logistics providers may vary depending on the destination region.
Orders are typically dispatched on the next business day after they are placed. However, additional processing time may be required during holidays, promotional periods, and sale seasons.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends.
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sansarretwatch.com.
Once an order has been processed, changes can no longer be accommodated. Please carefully confirm that the shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
Please note that inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified order information, may result in an additional delay of 1–2 business days. In some cases, such issues may also lead to failed delivery, return of the package, or disposal by the logistics provider. Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all shipping and billing details before checkout to avoid potential delays or delivery issues.
If an address change or additional delivery information is required after the package has been dispatched, the customer must contact the relevant logistics provider directly. Once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to make any further modifications.
Please note that delivery on Saturdays or Sundays cannot be guaranteed. After the order has shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking link will be sent. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or logistics provider.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are based on average estimates provided by the courier or logistics provider and cannot be guaranteed.
In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure events during transportation, including but not limited to fires, heavy rain, storms, tornadoes, typhoons, or snowstorms, the final delivery time may be affected. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Free shipping is available worldwide for eligible orders.
For customers in the United Kingdom and Brazil, any applicable taxes or duties must be paid upfront by the customer. After payment has been made, please send the receipt to us, and the corresponding tax or duty amount will be refunded.
